Program Development Consultant

 

Dr. Randolph has an extensive 38-year career in school districts in Arizona and California. Her versatile teaching background spans from elementary to post-secondary and adult education. Dr. Randolph's administrative journey includes pivotal roles such as Assistant Superintendent, Director of State and Federal Programs, Administrator of Curriculum and Instruction, Executive Director of Head Start, and Director of English Learners.

 

As part of the CA English Learner RoadMap Work group, she co-developed the English Learner Roadmap Policy for the State of California. She most recently was selected to be a member of the CALTOG  District English Learner Administrator Advocacy Network. Throughout her career, she has provided English learner related consultant services to charters and school districts.
