The Center for High Achievement (CHA)
  The Center for High Achievement provides information and services on effective student interventions for English Learners, Standard English Learners, students with special needs and students from low-income families. We provide:

Access to information on best practice for alternative compensation systems
 
Analysis of key studies and provides policy recommendations based on sound educational research and outreach strategies

  The Center for Research and Evaluation utilizes staff expertise and web-based capabilities to support a partnership model to provide research and evaluation services to individuals, local school districts, educational agencies, state departments of education and corporate entities. We provide:
