As a founding member of the Irish Tenors, over
the last decade, Mr. Kearns has delighted audiences around
the world. Additionally, he has been admired for his solo concerts
and performances in opera in the US and abroad. He was recently
described as a “man with a huge voice and spine-tingling
talent,” as he was recognized by the Irish Music
Association with the 2009 “Best Irish Tenor” Award
(for Ireland, the UK, the US, and the European Union). His
magnificent voice, musical talent, and heart-felt renditions
of contemporary and long-time favorites bring audiences to
their feet with applause and “Bravo!”
